Sequoia Master PC is not found by the Client PC

Sequoia Master PC is not found by the Client PC

Problem/Question
When starting a Client PC the you receive an error message that the Master PC cannot be found.

Usually this is a communication problem between the master and the clients.

Solution/Work-Around
  1. Exit the "Ergosoft ControlCenter" on Master PC and Client PC
  2. First start the "Ergosoft ControlCenter" on Master PC
  3. Check whether the "Communication Utility" on Master PC is started
  4. Start as second the "Ergosoft ControlCenter"  on Client PC
  5. Check whether the "Communication Utility" on Client PC is also started
If the Client PC still can't establish a connection to the Master PC, then the RIP Master/Client configuration should be executed again (see instructions here)
Note: Try it by entering the PC name or IP address of the master workstation
