How to uninstall Windows OS updates

Problem/Question
Occasionally Windows updates may bring issues to your system stability and/or in worst cases, create incompatibilities with Ergosoft.

In normal situations, Ergosoft's Development Team has a fast issue response to severe issues that may come from a specific Windows OS update. 

Solution/Work-Around
In situations that may end with your normal production due to your system stability, we recommend you to uninstall the last updates or a specific update from your Windows.

Please follow these steps:
  1. Open "Update & Security" at the Windows Settings
  2. Choose “View update history”
  3. Select “Uninstall updates”
  4. Double click on the update to be removed and confirm with <Yes>
It is advisable that your keep your O.S. up to date, and in the case of encountering such issue, please contact our Support Team, with relevant information.
