Problem/Question
In Sequoia a print job cannot be printed due to the following error:
“Cannot find this file. Verify that the correct path and file name are given."
This error will come up on PrintQueue or QueueManager > Job Details > Journal and indicates that the credentials for the Shared Storage folder are missing
Solution/Work-Around
- Check that the Shared Storage folder is turned on Public folder sharing
- Make sure to share the Shared Storage folder with read\write privileges with everyone
- Make sure that you have saved the credentials
Note: Sharing a directory belonging to the user folder is not advisable due to access rights. Example C:\Users\UserName\Documents\.... is to be avoided
