How to use ColorGPS profiles in third party software

Problem/Question
How to use ColorGPS profiles in third party software?
Some third party software allow us to use external profiles for different reasons as simulation and proofing.

Solution/Work-Around
CMYK ColorGPS profiles can be used directly in third party software. You just have to export them from the Quality tab of the print environment.
Multi Color profiles may not be used directly in third party software for simulation or proofing. You will need to use Preview Profile Generator to convert those profiles into RGB ICC.
  1. Select "Preview Profile Generator" at menu Tools > Linearization & Profile Tools
  2. <Choose> the Print Environment that contains the desired output profile
  3. Click <Generate>
