Problem/Question
Trying to add a new PrintEnvironment or PrintQueue the required driver is not found.
The availability of a driver depends on whether a valid license is available and the installed version supports the driver.
Solution/Work-Around
- Install the latest release of Ergosoft
- With some drivers it is necessary to use the 32-bit version
This can be checked at "supported devices" on our Web page - Check if you have the right license for your device
- open the CodeMeter ControlCenter
- go to <WebAdmin>
- check if your device is listed
