Missing Barbieri Measurement Tool Selection

Problem/Question
After an update to the current version 16, the Barbieri measurment tool is missing in the measuring tool selection.


Since Barbieri has extremely enlarged its Gateway installer, we have decided to make it available as an additional installer for Ergosoft 16.

You can find the installer for the current release in your Customer Portal.


Solution/Work-Around
  1. Go to the Ergosoft ControlCenter
  2. Select the "Tools" tab
  3. Click on the <User Portal> button.
  4. Register or log in to your User Portal
  5. Click on the "Download" tab
  6. Go to "Ergosoft16 Extensions > Barbieri"
  7. Download the latest Barbieri installer
  8. Close the Ergosoft 16 RIP completely
  9. After unzipping, run the Barbieri installer

Note: if you use a virus scanner, deactivate it before installing the extension!
