How to setup Cost Manager

Solution/Work-Around
  1. Manage Media List
  1. Run CostManager and go to tab "Manage Media List"
  2. Click <New> to add Media to the list
  3. Insert the Cost Factor and an optional Description and confirm with <OK> 
  4. Give a Name to the Media and click <OK>

  1. Manage Ink and Printer Costs
  1. Run CostManager and go to tab "Manage Ink and Printer Costs"
  2. Select the Printer from the list Manage Printer Costs and click <Edit>to add a value
  3. Insert the Cost Factor and an optional Description
  4. At "Ink Volume Correction" a factor can be entered to include cleanings in the calculation
  5. Confirm you entries with <OK>
  6. At "Manage Ink Cost" click <New> to add an Ink
  7. Insert the Cost Factor for All Inks or Individual Inks and an optional Description and click <OK>
  8. Name the Ink and confirm with <OK>

  1. Assign Media to Print Environments
  1. Open CostManager and go to tab "Assign Media to Print Environments"
  2. Select a Print Environment, Media and Ink Type
  3. Click <Assign selection to Print Environment>
  4. Click <Close> to confirm
