Error Refreshing Preview for ### -- Image File cannot be opened [4]
Problem/Question
When
importing a file unpacked from a .zip file, no preview is generated even when
the PreviewServer is working and empty. Upon importing, the PreviewServer
only shows:
“Refreshing Preview for ### -- Image File cannot be opened [4]"
The issue with this kind of problem is usually when an image file is sent in zipped form from a different time zone.
Solution/Work-Around
- Open unpacked file in other program (PDF reader, Image editing program, etc.)
- Resave the file
Note: Open the file without converting!
