Error: No access to remote storage

Problem/Question
During the installation process of Ergosoft 16 Sequoia, after press the <Test> Button when selecting the Shared Storage folder location, you receive the following error message:
“Error: No access to remote storage"


The error message indicates that access to the shared storage location was denied by the Windows system.

Solution/Work-Around
Check following settings:
  1. If the Shared Storage folder has a network share (e.g. \\Computername\Sharedfoldername)?
  2. Is the Shared Storage folder mapped with read/write access across all machines?
  3. Is the configuration of the computers in the network correct?
