Error 0xc0000005 when starting an application of Ergosoft

Problem/Question
When trying to run an application of Ergosoft kind of the following error message appears:

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005)"

Error Code 0xc0000005 could be caused by several reasons in a Windows PC like damaged or low RAM, malware infection, corrupt registry files, wrong hardware configuration, etc.
This means that your IT specialist has to take care of that

Solution/Work-Around
If you currently have the 64-bit version installed, you can try the 32-bit version from Ergosoft.
