0x1203 Error: Command failed: S1 when measuring with Barbieri Spectro LFP
Problem/Question
When attempting to measure and/or do the White calibration with the
Barbieri Spectro LFP, the measuring head does not move and it gives out
the error message "0x1203 Error: Command failed: S1".
Solution/Work-Around
This issue usually appears when the device is set to transmission measurement, while the media being used is not suited for transmission measurement. Hence the device tries to measure through but can’t and therefore fails to measure.
We would recommend to change the measurement model to the correct one for the respective media you are using and try it again, in most cases, this resolves the problem.
