Epson HTM Driver error -7 when retrieving EMX data
Problem/Question
When retrieving EMX data from Epson Edge Dashboard in Epson HTM drivers you get the error message
“Failed to retrieve EMX data from Epson Ege Dashboard. -7"
This error message indicates that the Epson Edge Dashboard has not started or the Epson printer is offline.
Solution/Work-Around
- Start the Epson Edge Dashboard
- Wake up the printer
Note: The Epson Edge Dashboard software can be found on the Epson homepage on the support page of the printer you are using.
