Delete Print- & CutQueue

Problem/Question
Print & Cut Queues that can no longer be used can be removed from the list at any time.
"How to remove a Print & CutQueue with all associated data?"

Solution/Work-Around
  1. Go to the Ergosoft ControlCenter
  2. Select the TAB "Queues"
  3. Click on the <Manage> Button
  4. Select the Queue you no longer need from the drop-down menu
  5. Click on the <Delete> Button
Note: The queue will be removed from any associated Print and Cut Environment. Print and Cut Environments that are no longer in use should also be removed.

Afterwards the corresponding spool folder must be removed. This is located (unless otherwise defined) in the parent Standard Spool Folder
  1. Find the corresponding spool folder under C:\Users\Public\Documents\EsRip\16\Files\Spool
  2. Remove it manually
Note: all spool data is removed from the system. The spool folder is no longer available in the Print Environment manager.
