COM Error Module not found or incompatible

COM Error Module not found or incompatible

Problem/Question
When opening a Print Environment the following error message is displayed 

“COM Error Module not found or incompatible” 

This can happen because the Print Environment was created in a different version of the program than the one that is currently used. Or an installation that had an update applied to it and tries to address entries or parts of the program that do not exist in the current version.

Solution/Work-Around
  1. Run "register COM Interface" in Maintenace Tool -> Troubleshooting
  2. install the latest release of Ergosoft from our Documentation Portal
