Com Error 0x80070005 access is denied
Problem/Question
When opening a print environment or starting a PrintClient the following error message is displayed:
“Com Error Ox80070005 access is denied"
This can happen after a Windows update. Especially with a security update of Windows.
Solution/Work-Around
- Run register COM Interface at Maintenace Tool "Troubleshooting"
- install the latest release of Ergosoft from our Documentation Portal
