COM Error 0x646 Fill Job failed
Problem/Question
When you cannot print from a hotfolder you will got the following error message in the hotfolder log
“COM
Error 0x646 Fill Job failed : Feature ID not registered"
This error message only affects users with a Delta Automation license.
This means that Delta Automation is not activated in Ergosoft ControlCener.
Solution/Work-Around
- Close the Hotfolder Tool
- Goto the Ergosoft ControlCenter
- Select the "RIP & Programs" tab
- Switch on the "Delta Automation" toggle
