Can different Job Processing Policies (JPP) be applied between Sequoia stations?
Problem/Question
The basic settings
of the Ergosoft RIP can be made in the Application Defaults.
This includes the
Job Processing Policies (JPP), which define how a printed job is processed
after it has been sent to the Print Queue.
These settings will be applied as
default to each new job afterwards.
Can different JPP be used in production on the Sequoia stations (master & clients)?
Solution/Work-Around
The Application
Defaults are saved locally and can be selected on the individual Sequoia
stations.
Thus it is possible to apply different Application Defaults with
different JPP settings.
This also applies to
each job that is created in the JobComposer.
Note: It is recommended to save different setting as
selectable preset!
